Stress Management Techniques

There are few techniques to overcome stress in my life.

1. Stop Serious Thinking. (Mentally arguing about situation like…I will say this if he says that)

2. No mental analysis and imagination of a situation. (Stress is not due to bad situations but thinking and fearing about those situations. What worse is that, they never happen in real)

3. Don’t bring your past into the present.

4. Don’t try to change the situations and people but deal with them.

5. Relaxation by doing things you like reading, listening music and going on a walk or long drive.

6. Weekend trips to different place alone can you give change to runaway from the routine work.

7. Don’t let office work or a single person take over your whole life.

8. Discover the YOGI in urself by developing a philosophy by which u can defend urself even if u r wrong.

9. And last but not least, develop a careless attitude towards life and people.
